Welcome to Home Smart Shades. These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Home Smart Shades website, online store, products, services, content, and related features.
Home Smart Shades is operated by Zero Filter Online LLC. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Zero Filter Online LLC and Home Smart Shades. The store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology used to operate our online store.

Certain products, including custom-size, made-to-order, or personalized shades, are produced specifically for the customer’s selected specifications.
Because these products are made for a particular order, they are generally final sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.

Section 4: Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is not accepted until we confirm the order and successfully process payment.

We currently ship orders within the United States.
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom-size and made-to-order products may require additional preparation time.
After shipment, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, fulfillment requirements, or other circumstances outside our control.
Available shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, natural disasters, holidays, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Do not send a return to a warehouse or address without written approval from us. Because orders may be fulfilled from different warehouses throughout the United States, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and address for an approved return.
Section 8: Manufacturer warranties
Some products may include a manufacturer warranty as stated on the applicable product page.
Where stated, the product includes a one-year Changshade warranty. Warranty claims should be directed to Home Smart Shades at support@homesmartshades.com so we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s applicable warranty terms and does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Section 9: Intellectual property
The Home Smart Shades website and its content, including text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, designs, videos, audio, trademarks, and software, are owned by or licensed to Zero Filter Online LLC, Home Smart Shades, Shopify, or the applicable third-party owner.
You may use the website for personal and lawful shopping purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, republish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the website or its content without written permission.
